Gibbs, Anthony "Travis", age 24. of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in Lexington, KY. Travis loved his family and was of the Nazarene faith and enjoyed going to church. He was also a big prankster who loved to make people laugh. He is preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Amos Gibbs and Grady Hastings; grandparents, Charles Ellis, Jr and Louise Ellis; brother, Shannon Ellis; uncle, James Gibbs. Travis is survived by his son, Gabrielle Shay Gibbs; parents, Virginia and Charles Ellis III; father, Curtis Jackson; grandmothers, Lillian Gibbs and Burnice "Ann" Hastings; siblings, Alisha Sharp, Mathew Ellis, Amber Ellis, Chapin Ellis, Zach Jackson, Matt Jackson; nephew, Dylan Hutchison; nieces, Jalynn Ellis, Maddi Ellis, Harley "Bug"; significant other, Cassie "his Kissie"; Gabe''s mother, Stephanie Crawford Gibbs. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 22, from 6-8 pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with an 8:00 funeral service with Rev. Carl Bellon, officiating.
