Auzzie Bee Freeman I, 69, of Powell, TN., went to be with the Lord Monday, December 17, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on May 19, 1949 to Annie Lizzie Beasley in Opelika, Alabama.

Auzzie is preceded is death by his mother, Annie Lizzie Beasley; his sister Vera Freeman; brother Bo Beasley; and his Mama & Papa, Beulah & Dudley Freeman.

Auzzie worked at ORNL, for 44 years as a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for X-10.  In his spare time he loved fishing and sports.  He was a basketball & football coach in Claxton for many years.  He was the co-Pastor at United Church of Compassion.  His family was his main concern and he loved his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Pamela Freeman; his daughter Denetra Freeman; his son, Auzzie II & Elizabeth Freeman; his grandchildren, Zander Guinn, Shawn Freeman, Auzzie Freeman III, and Calliope Freeman; sisters Sallie Brooks, Annie Mae Beasley and Ruth Beasley, brother Slim Beasley, several nieces & nephews; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2018 from 5:00pm-7:00pm, with the Funeral Service at 7:00pm.  C.J. Frank will officiate.  The Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018, at 1:00pm.  All services are at Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.

Pallbearers are Antwone Boone, Brian Bruce, Thomas Lively, Jason Calvert, Freddie Freeman, Zander Guinn, Matt Metcalf, and Josh Slaven.  Honorary Pallbearers include Shawn Freeman and Auzzie Freeman III.
