Dugger, Bernice R., age 93, of Powell, passed away Friday, July 26, 2013, at LaFollette Court Assisted Living. Bernice was a graduate of Powell High School and was a retired employee of Knox County School System after forty-five years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Lee Dugger; parents, James (Pig) and Grace Gill Rhodes; sister, Marjorie Bell. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jama and Charles Moore of LaFollette; sister, Barbara Bullen; nephew, Steve Bell; special friend, Fran Owen, A special thanks to LaFollette Court who took special care of Bernice in her final days. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Tuesday, July 30, at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 31, at 11:00am with burial to follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
