Johnson, Betty Collins Moon, age 74 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord August 19, 2016. Betty retired from Park West after a fulfilling career in the medical field. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Grace Collins; brother Gary Collins; sister-in-law Connie Collins; great grandson Kamden White. Betty is survived by her loving and devoted husband Gary E. Johnson; son John T. (Tina) Moon Jr. ; daughters Teri (Berry) Williams, Melissa (Rusty) Troutman, Amy Moon; stepdaughter Teresa Johnson Pellom; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; John T. Moon Sr.; siblings; several nieces and nephews . A special thank you to the 12th floor at UT Hospital. The family appreciates all the thought and prayers. Visitation will be Saturday August 20, 5pm-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. at Woodhaven Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Sunday, August 21 at 3pm at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
