Billy Joe Ashe of Clinton, TN and formerly of Orlando, FL passed, Monday, July 24, 2017 after a successful music career. Billy was born November 6, 1940 to Willard & Bonnie Ashe in Powell, TN.  He graduated from Powell High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard & Bonnie Ashe; his brother George Ashe; and his sister, Bonita Miller.

Billy is survived by his former wife, Margaret; his six sons, Billy Jr., Christopher, Jeremy, Justin, Cody, and Ryan; his daughter, Stella;17 grandchildren; four brothers, Roger, Archie (Betty), Charles (Shirley), and Malcolm; his special friend, Jo Ann Henderlight; several nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.
