Bobby Gene Garner, 85 , of Knoxville, passed Monday, July 2, 2018 at home.  He was born September 12, 1932 to Cannie Joe Garner and Clersia Huckaby Garner in Anderson County, TN.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Bobby worked in the water department at K.U.B.  In his spare time he enjoyed bowling and traveling.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Hannah Garner; and his daughter Patricia Garner.

Bobby is survived by five of his children and their spouses, Sharon & Bobby Lord, Stanley & Edwina Garner, Linda & Billy Scott, Angie & Sam Williams, and Connie Shelton; his sister Geneva Newcomb; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm with the Funeral Service at 8:00pm.  The interment will be on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 am. All services will be at Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.
