Ward, Charlene L."CeeCee", age 48, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at St. Mary''s Hospital after a 15-month battle with small cell cancer. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church; an avid animal lover and loved by many as a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, step-mother, partner, and loving friend. Preceded in death by mother, Mattie Juline Deal and sister, Vivian Lansfield. Survivors include special companion and eternal friend, Scott Williams; father, Charles Jarnigan, Sr., daughter, Stephanie J Ward; son & companion, Cody Williams & Amber; grandsons, Caleb & Collin Williams; ex-husband, Edward Ward; sisters, Wilma Key, Janice Wagg; brother, Charles Jarnigan, Jr; very special niece, Tammy Overton & husband, David; special nephews, Robert Key, Jr & wife Janice, Samuel Key; very special nephew, Clifton Bunch, who helped so much in her care; her pride & joy, great-nephew, Jesse Robinson; many nieces and nephews, whom she thought of as her own; Scott''s mother, Gertrude Williams. Special thanks to Julie Cooper for being there, lifelong friend, Bendie, as well as, ICU-B, 3rd Central, and COU of St. Mary''s. The family will receive friends Friday, May 15, from 6-8 at Woodhaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 16, at 12 noon at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
