Anderson, Charles E. age 89 of Knoxville passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at his home. He is survived by his son Roger Anderson of Knoxville. Graveside Service will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
