BRAMLETTE, CHARLES E. - age 38, of Fredericksburg, VA, formally of Knoxville, passed away November 15, 2012. Charles proudly served his country as a member of the US Air Force for eight years. He is preceded in death by his father, Carrol J. Bramlette; brother, Douglas Carrol Bramlette. Charles is survived by his mother, Betty J. Bramlette of Knoxville; brother, James Bud Bramlette and wife Gail of Clinton; special aunt, Janice Knox; special cousin, Camillia Helms; many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 19, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. with funeral service following at 8:00 p.m. at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. William Travis Freeman, officiating.
