Charles Edward Owens Jr., 60 of Karns, passed away on Sunday March 17, 2024. He had many endeavors throughout his life but most notably was an author and cartographer. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking and online gaming.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Charles Sr. and Fay Owens.

Survived by his brother; James (Marlene) Owens

Family will hold a private memorial service in Karns, with another to be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas at a later date.
