Clarence Dennis Lewis Jr, aged 57, passed away Thursday February 13, 2020 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. He was the son of the late Clarence Dennis Lewis Sr and son of the surviving Ruth Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jonathon Lewis and his son Shane Lewis. He was survived by his children Stephanie Sweeten, Jessica Lewis, Bradley Baker, and Haley May, along with his siblings Ramona Smith, Katherine Niad-Thames, Daniel Lewis, and Robert Lewis. He was also survived by his grandchildren Genesis, Juliet, and Brayden Maldonado, Kelsey Slagel, Jacob Benham, and Riley Vinson. He was a man who worked hard to overcome his shortcomings in life and refused to be put down by his hardships. He enjoyed fishing and video games outside of spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2020, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM, at Woodhaven Funeral Home.
