Beets, Claude Arthur, age 69, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015. He proudly severed as Sergeant in the US Army, Intelligence Division Battalion 519. Claude is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Ina Mae Beets; brother Clarence; sisters Charlotte Dixon and Charlene Underwood. He is survived by wife Eleanor Fata Beets; sons David Allen and wife Holly; Danny Ray and wife Elizabeth. Papa''s little darlings; Ryan, Kylie, Brayden, Caitlin, Hudson and Ashlyn; brothers Chloman and wife Jean of Youngstown, OH, Glen and wife Bernice of Knoxville; sisters Shirley Ghormley of Kansas City, MO and Veldon Baldwin of Lafollette, TN. Internment will be at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens with Full Military Honors Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 10:00am . Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with funeral service at 7:00pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home .
