Clayton Lee Russell, 66, of Powell, TN, passed away Friday October 23, 2015. For many years Butch drove trucks professionally. He was of the Baptist faith and loved westerns and wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his parents Evelyn and Beachie Russell; his sister Claudia; and brother Ronnie Russell.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 47 years, Joanne Fields Russell; daughter Pam (Bert) Wergin of Powell; son David (Trish Everhart) Russell of Strawberry Plains; grandchildren Laura, Haley, Dillon, Hailey, Ronnie and Gage; his sister Loretta (Bill) LaClare of Maryville; brother Gerald Russell of Madisonville, TN; plus several nieces and nephews.
Receiving of family and friends will be Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodhaven Funeral Home, 160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849. Graveside Service will be at 3:00pm on Monday October 26, 2015 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens; Pastor Jerry Dyer will officiate.
