David Ray Campbell , 57, of Heiskell passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021.  David was born to Kenneth Ray & Juanita Campbell on March 16, 1964 in Muncie, Indiana.   He was a member of Clinton Church of God, and he loved the Lord.  David also enjoyed fishing, camping and NASCAR, especially the race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

He is predeceased by his parents, Kenneth & Juanita Campbell.  David is survived by his wife, Karen Mabe Campbell; his four children, Matthew (Misty) Campbell, Rachel (Travis) Campbell Vowell, Madison Grace Mabe, and Eden Jeremiah Campbell; his sister, Karen (Troy) Blaylock; his nephew, Christopher Blaylock; niece Amy Qualls; and other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 6:00 PM, where Brothers Matt Prosise and Douglas Hill will co-lead the services at Woodhaven Chapel, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.  The Interment will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 in the Deep Springs Baptist Church cemetery, in Heiskell.  The family encourages everyone to wear a mask.
