Dawn Celeste Moorefield Henderlight , 60, of Knoxville, TN joined her Lord in Heaven on Friday, June 23, 2022.  Dawn, alongside her four siblings, spent her youth in South Carolina, where she later graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree.  Dawn, and then husband Rick, moved to Tennessee where they had their two daughters Koye and Kara.  While in Knoxville she dubbed herself the "ISO Queen" as she provided environmental science training and auditing services through her self-owned and operated consulting company, Quality Compliance.  Dawn continued to live in Knoxville with her sweet cat Mr. Manx, and attended Beaver Ridge United Methodist, and to be the best "Abuela" to her precious granddaughter Nevaeh.

Dawn is preceded in death by her father, Jim Moorefield; step-father, Donald Kaminski; brother, Harvey Moorefield; and her grandparents, Harris (Papa) & Mary (Gamma) Thompson.  Dawn's legacy will continue through her self-proclaimed greatest accomplishments in life, her daughters Koye Ellison Henderlight Cooper (Matthew Cooper) and Kara Elizabeth Henderlight (Justin Lechy); her grandchildren, Nevaeh Lynn Cooper and Benjamin Elijah Cooper.  Dawn will be remembered and greatly missed by her loving mother, Julie Moorefield-Kaminski; her brother Louis Moorefield; her sister Dottie Linyard; her sister and husband Marion Len Moorefield & John Stewart.  Dawn will also be missed dearly by her nephews, Ben, Gray, & Mack Linyard, and James Moorefield; her niece Meredith Lockamy; great nieces & nephews, and many other relatives.  Dawn's unwavering loyalty to her closest life-long friends will be remembered and she will be missed by Sandy, Peggy, Tish, Mel, Elbow, Faith, Jennie, and many more.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date with details to follow.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dawn's honor to Alive Hospice of Nashville, TN or Beaver Ridge United Methodist Church of Knoxville, TN.
