Masser, Donnie, age 75, of Powell, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011, at his home. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was a devoted, faithful and loving husband to his wife, Pearl, of 26 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leslie A. and Lillian M. Masser; brother, Richard Masser; sister, Jeannie Morrison; niece, Brenda Masser; nephew, Mark Masser. Survivors are: wife, Pearl; daughters, Judy Sobti, Frederick, MD., Jeanette Warkentin and Jennifer Cox and husband, Dallas, of Powell.; grandchildren, Justina Brown, Najua Sobti, chance Cox, Ahmed Sobti, Simon Cox, Aaleah Elizabeth Pearl Cox; brothers, Rev. Glenn Masser and wife Mary, Venedocia, Ohio; brother-in-law, Pastor Robert Morrison, Glenn Burnie, MD; several nieces and nephews and loving friends of Temple Baptist Church and Dr. Clarence Sexton. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26, from 6-8pm at Curtis Hutson Chapel, Powell, with funeral service at 8:00pm with Bro. Dave Rosser and Bro. Bob Dustman, officiating.
