Eugene Hicks Giles, age 86, of Clinton, TN., passed away Friday, September 21, 2018, at Methodist Medical Center.  Eugene was born in Anderson Co., TN., on December 24, 1931, to Sam and Lola Brock Giles.  He worked as a machinist at Y12.  He was a member of the Bass Club and an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Elmer Giles.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Charmaine Giles, his daughters Annette (Greg) Parton, Kathy Patterson, Machille (Marty) Merrick, Melissa (Jonathan) Williams, two step children Shaun Davis and Tawana Byron, sisters Ann Weaver and Gail (L.C.) McCoy, his brother Lawrence (Dottie) Giles, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM  at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 10:00AM at Woodhaven Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, Tn. 37849.
