Turner, Eugene D., age 77, of Clinton, passed away Monday, July 5, 2010, at his home. He was a member of Springhill Baptist Church. Eugene was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Turner; parents, Marvin and Edith Haun Turner; brother, C.B. Turner; sister, Pansy Koontz; step-daughter, Jan Wyrick. He is survived by his sons, Greg, Mike, Stan, Glenn, Bart, Dale and wife Jo, Michael; daughters, Jill Turner, Brenda, Karen and Sandy Wyrick; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren including grandsons, Marvin and Max and granddaughter, Crystal Icenogle; sisters, Judy Hutchison, Ruby Metcalfe; several nieces and nephews and extended family. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Sheila Harley for her care and support and also Covenant Hospice. A memorial service for Mr. Turner will be announced at a later date.
