Frank Edward Silcox Sr., age 66 of Oliver Springs, TN. was born December 16,1958, and passed away at home surrounded by family on March 16, 2025. Family will have a graveside service Wednesday March 19,2025 at Clear Branch Cemetery located at 1030 New Clear Branch Rd. in Rocky Top, TN. at 1:00pm.
