Littleton, George Bernard, age 62, of Powell, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010, at his home. He attended Bishopville Baptist Church and was a tool and dye maker by trade. George is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Bernard and Katie Marie Baker Littleton; brother, Timothy Dewayne. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Glenda Saffles Littleton; daughters, Zeelendia Ann Harris and husband, Richard, of Knoxville and Connie France and husband Duane of Colorado; grandchildren, Christina, Daniel and Zachary; brothers, Charles of Ohio, Frank and David of Clinton; sister, Marlene Nation of Clinton; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Amedysis Hospice Staff and especially Robyn for their care and support during this time. Visitation will be from 6-8 on Friday, July 16, at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services at 8pm, Rev. Ron Saffles and Rev. Phil Poe, officiating.
