Gertrude Virginia Macomber, 94, of Seiverville,TN passed away Friday, December 03, 2021.   She was born December 19, 1926 to Hubert Godwin & Gertrude Thomas Godwin in National Garden, FL. Gertrude resided in Land O'Lakes, FL most of her life, until her final year when she moved in with her daughter in Sevierville, TN.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Land O'Lakes, FL and she adored her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Gertrude has been a kindergarten teacher and a nurse.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Russell E. Macomber,Jr; and her son Bruce Macomber.

Gertrude is survived by her daughters, Robynn (Kevin) Fisher, Carol (Tim) Heath, and Andrea (Larry) Frank; her son, Mikacle (Darlene) Macomber; her daughter-in-law, Susan Macomber; and many other family and friends.

A Graveside Service will held be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church Land O'Lakes, FL.  The time of the service has not been determined yet.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date in the Tampa area.
