Belcher, Helen C., 63, of Powell, passed away August 6, 2013. She was a member of Callahan Rd. Baptist Church. Helen was preceded in death by her mother, Cleo Abbott; brother, Nicholas Pappas. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James W. Belcher; son, Jamie Belcher; daughter, Shelli West; father, Peter Pappas; grandchildren, Nicole Belcher, Lacey Ross and Carmen West; brothers, James Pappas and wife Maryanna and Steven Pappas; aunts, Betty Moore and Colleen Mirabitur; many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Family will be receiving friends Thursday 5:00pm-7:00pm with a 7:00pm funeral service at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mark Sasser officiating.
