Graham, Howard Carl, 87 of Powell went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 05, 2013 at home. He retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory X-10 plant after 40 years of employment. Howard was a member of Norwood Church of Christ and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by parents, D.P. and Evie Graham; wife, of 65 years Dorothy Jean Graham; brother, Luther Graham; sisters, Leola Waller and Ruth Walker; and niece, Lois Crownover. Howard is survived by sister, Faye Glandon; daughters, Linda and husband Kenneth Dan Osborne, Gail Funderburk, Nancy Graham, Barbara and husband Ralph Hedrick; grandchildren, Donna and husband Tim Clevenger, Lori Viar, Luke and wife Rachel Funderburk, Joshua Funderburk, Valerie Treece, Nick Fox, Ben and wife Christina Hedrick; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 7, 2013, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm with a 7:00pm Funeral Service. Officiating will be Rev. Bob Cowles. Burial will be Friday, 11:00am with military honors provided by the East TN. Honor Guard.
