Irene Ruth (Irwin) Russell, age 72 , passed away January 18, 2017 at Tennova North in Powell, TN. Irene was of Baptist faith and a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Glenn I. Russell; parents Horace and Dessie Irwin; brothers James and Charles Irwin and sister Mildred Ann Clabough. Irene is survived by her daughter Vicky Sue Russell; granddaughters Kasey (Chrissy) Lundy, Daryl DH Russell, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Woodhaven Funeral Home as follows: Visitation will be Monday January 23rd from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with the funeral service to follow at 8:00pm. Graveside service will be Tuesday January 24th at 11:00am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. Rev. Larry Allison will be officiating. Condolences can be left at www.woodhavenfh.com.
