Dugger, J Lee, age 90, of Powell passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and also a Veteran of the US Coast Guard. J Lee is preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Stella Dugger. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Bernice Dugger of Powell; daughter, Jama Moore and husband Charles of LaFollette. J Lee is loved and will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 10, from 5-7pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel.
