Richey, Jack R., age 57, peacefully gave up his battle to cancer on Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at his home. He was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Vietnam War. His loves in life were his grandchildren, camping, fishing, and he was also a big UT fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, E.J. & Edna Richey and his best friend, "Smokey". Jack is survived by his wife, Priscilla; daughters, Cyndi & husband Steve Reed, Jodie & husband Claude Rosenbaum, Amanda Greer and fianc Eric Farmer, Angie Knight; son, Mitchell Richey; sister, Sharon and Mike Morton; grandchildren, Denise and Brittany Reed, Brooklyn Farmer, Tiffany, Robert, Thomas and Christopher Rosenbaum, Katrina and Teresa Knight; great-granddaughters, Kylee and Jaylynn Rosenbaum. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Monday, December 1, 2008, at Woodhaven Funeral Home. The family will meet at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, for an 11:30 am graveside service at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Gary Warren, officiating.
