Cook, Jackie age 41 of Powell passed away Saturday March 10, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Joey and her daughter Jordan Shay. Parents Mike and Margie Wolfe of Clinton, Sisters, Tammy Mayes and husband Randy of Heiskell, and Denise Bennett of Knoxville. Brothers, Shoney Wolfe and wife Lora of Clinton and Todd Wolfe of Clinton. Father and Mother-in-law, Forest (Shay) Cook and Dot Cook of Powell. Several other nieces and nephews and many other family and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her Grandmother Thelma Price. The family will receive friends Monday March 12, 2012 from 6-8pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 8pm, Rev. A.J. Crawford officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday March 13, 2012 at 11am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. Rev. Richard Mellon will officiate.
