Baker, Jake Truman, 76, of Sharps Chapel, TN., passed away November 17, 2012. Jake was preceded in death by his daughter Mitzi Lynn. He is survived by his wife Clara Baker; sons, J.T. Baker & his wife Jannace and David Baker; step son, Daryl Moore & his wife Johnita; sister, JoAnn Bingham; grandchildren, Matthew, Gidget & Holley; great grandchildren, Braden & Aubrey; and nieces, nephews & friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Midway Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 398, New Tazwell, TN., 37825. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 21, from 10:00-11:30am with funeral service following at 11:30am at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Ronnie Pressnell & Rev.
