Janice Faye McLean , 72, of Sweetwater, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021.  She is preceded in death by her father Harley William McClain.  Janice is survived by her husband of 48 years, John A. McLean; her mother June Jones McClain; her sister, Marilyn McClain; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Janice is a member of Glenwood Baptist Church in Powell.   She loved dogs and any kind of craft.  Janice was a University of Tennessee graduate and later became a special education teacher.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Woodhaven Chapel, and then meet at the graveside at 11:00 AM for the Interment; which Rev. Brad Scott will lead.  The family encourages everyone to wear a mask.
