Rayburn, Johnny Webster, JR., age 72, of Knoxville, passed away February 7, 2008. Mr. Rayburn was a charter member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was retired from Pittsburg Testing where he was a Certified Welder and General Inspector and served in the Air Force Reserves from 1953 -1961. Mr. Rayburn is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny W and Rilla Watson Rayburn. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Fayann Reid Rayburn; daughter, Susan E Johnson and husband Edward of Knoxville; son, John C Rayburn and wife Pamela of Augusta, GA; sister, Elizabeth Crosby and husband Irwin of Knoxville; 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, 2 nephews and 1 niece. Family and friends will gather at 11:45 Monday, February 11, 2008, for a 12 noon graveside service and interment with Rev. Bruce Marston, officiating.
