Obituary
Judy Kay Neff, 71, of Knoxville, TN, born May 02, 1951, went to be the Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2022. She died at home surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Dorthy Parker; son, Scotty Neff; granddaughter Kayla Rooney; her sister Carolyn Keck; and her brother Johnny Parker. Survivors include her two children & their spouses, Teddy & Lillie and Tina & Darrell; her grandchildren, Nikki, Kendyl, Jacob, Daniel, Kayla, Ashley, and Jessica; her special niece Julie and Lisa; special Aunts Connie & Joyce; and several friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM on Saturday, May 28, 2022 with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 PM at Woodhaven Funeral Home.
