Leo J. Taylor, 96, of Karns, TN, left this earth on Monday, January 8, 2018. Leo was a longtime resident of Karns. He joined Grace Baptist Church in 1951 and faithfully attended until his health failed. After 31 plus years Leo retired from Y-12 where he was a machinist. Leo took a lot of pride in keeping a well maintained yard. His last 8 years were spent at Westmoreland Health Care.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth; daughter Patsy; his parents Dewey & Eula Taylor; sister Frances Franks; and brother J.T. Taylor.
Leo is survived by his niece and nephews; and friend Margaret Klock.
The family will receive friends Thursday, January 11, 2018, from 12:30pm - 1:00pm with a Graveside Service to follow at 1pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.
