Lindsey Denise Spurlock, 37, of Clinton,TN passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021.   She was born July 10, 1984 to Clarence Cecil Wilson, Jr. & Joan Langston Wilson in Knoxville, TN.   She was a member of Faith Promise and she loved to read.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Bill & Charlene Langston and Clarence & Esther Wilson, Sr.

Lindsey is survived by her husband, Brad Spurlock; her four children, Sydney Wilson, Dylan Spurlock, Lexie Spurlock, and Zackary Smith; her parents, Butch & Joanie Wilson; her sister, Billie (Albert)Cusatis; and special friend, Katie Anderson; she is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, cousins, and several friends and other family members.
