Loretta Honeycutt of Powell, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on February 9, 2025. Loretta was born in Albany, Kentucky on February 15, 1925. She was preceded in death by her son; Ralph Junior Honeycutt, her husband; Wendell Hardin Honeycutt, and great-great grandson; Robert James Blanchard IV.
She leaves behind her two grandsons; Ricky (Liz) honeycutt, and Ralph (Susie) Honeycutt, daughter-in-law;Judith Cripe, six great grandchildren; Betty Sue (Robert) Blanchard, Desiree Honeycutt, April (Sherman) Honeycutt, Daniel (Hope) Honeycutt, Glen (Miranda) Honeycutt, and Jake (Lauren) Honeycutt. She also leaves twelve great-great grandchildren.
Loretta lived a long life with many joys and sorrows. She taght her family about morality and the importance of family. She said often how luckybshe was to have a good family. She loved flowers and the outdoors. Loretta was a Jehovah's Witness and a long time member of the Fountain City Kingdom Hall. She provided her family with cherished memories and lots of love.
Family will receive friends Thursday February 13, from 6pm to 7pm with service to follow. An internment service will be held at Concord Methodist Church Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky on Friday 14 at 12:00pm.
