Oneal, Louis W., age 76 of Powell, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2009 at St. Mary''s Hospital North. He was a member of the Baptist Faith, a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Towe Iron Works. Mr. Oneal was preceded in death by his parents, James and Edna Oneal; Brothers, James Harold and John. He leaves behind his sons, Bobby, Jimmy, Timmy and Scotty. Grandchildren, Brandon, Lucas, Bradley and Kaila. Several Great-grandchildren and many other family and friends. Graveside services will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell with full military honors. Rev. Roger Arwood will officiate.
