Skeen, Lloyd M. (Buster), age 53, of Powell, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2008, at St. Mary''s North in Powell. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Powell and served as a Sunday school teacher and deacon for several years at Black Oak Heights Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Fort Loudon Bass Master''s Fishing Club. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Dossie Sliger. Survived by his wife of 32 years, Tromala; son, Travis Skeen of Powell; parents, Bob and Wilma Skeen; brothers, Greg and wife Beverly of Knoxville, Danny and wife Sharon, Todd and wife Kim, Rod and wife Janet, all of Powell; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Graveside service is Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 3pm in the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Phil Jones and Rev. Guy Milam, officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service. Donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Powell Missions.
