Jernigan, Mark Anthony, age 19, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his Papaw, Frank Morgan. Survivors include his mother, Deborah Jernigan; twin brother, Cletus; sisters, Ashley and Cheyenne; Nana, Betty Morgan; father, Cletus Jr.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. The family will receive friends Friday, December 13, from 5-7 at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7pm. Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday, December 14, at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery, 845 Mehaffey Road, Powell.
