Melissa "Lisa" Evonne Daniels, age 45, passed away at her residence on Friday, October 2, 2020.  She was the daughter of Joan Ray. Melissa worked as an administrative assistant and was a member of Foot of the Cross Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking, working at church, decorating for events at the church, and loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by uncles Rick Lane and Clark Lane.

She is survived by her husband Donald Daniels Jr., daughters Katie Mitchell and Madison Lane Daniels, son James Earl Daniels, mother Joan Ray, step father Darrell Rynes, brother David (Misty) Hayes, uncle Kenny Lane, aunt Jo Fuson, father and mother in law Donald and Nancy Daniels, sister in laws Jennifer (Johnny) Vincil and Abby Cole, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Heather and Rick Lyon, Anna Harris, and friends at Foot of the Cross Baptist Church.

The family wishes to thank Cindy, Lisa's Covenant Hospice Nurse, for her love and care for Lisa and the family.

Private services will be held.
