Michael Gilbert Gray , 71, of Powell passed away Monday, August 16 2021.  Michael was born October 23, 1950 to Dudley H. Gray, Sr  & Imogene Jones Gray.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Michael served his country in the United States Marine Corps.  He later worked as a truck driver.  Michael loved Westerns.

He is predeceased by his parents, Dudley & Imogene Gray; and two brothers, Dudley H. Gray, Jr. and Franklin Paul Gray.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Lorene Gray; ; his favorite sister, Janice Davis ; his children, Barbara Lawson, Michael David (Carey) Gray, Sr. , Jennifer (Gary) Johnson; Edith (Eddie) Patterson, Terry Champion, and Crystal Champion; 12 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Visitation will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 starting at 10 AM with a Funeral Service at 11 AM.  Immediately following the funeral service the interment will be held at graveside with Military Honors, around 12 PM.  All services are located at Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.
