Michael Eugene Hill, 64, of Powell, TN departed from this earth to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.  Michael was born to Raymond and Dorothy Hill on October 30, 1957 in Oak Ridge.  He was one of nine children.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Dorothy Hill; his brother, Jimmy Hill; his grandparents, Oba & Birdie Hill; and his special Aunt Sylvia.

Mike is survived by his sons, Doug (Misty) Hill and Jeremy (Jennifer) Kennedy; his grandchildren, Douglas, Elijah, Harper, Tori, Marissa, Lillie, Abigail, Hailey, and Daulton; his sisters, Lynda (Sam) Mitchell, Phyllis (Don) Mosley,  and Teresa Howard; his brothers, Ray (Gwen) Hill, Terry (Kathy) Hill, and Mark (Susan) Hill; his sister and best friend, Tammy Scott; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mike had a big heart and loved to help people.  He was the kind of man to give a stranger a ride, or buy groceries for the family down the street. He loved Jesus, muscle cars, and the Atlanta Braves.  We have peace knowing that Mike is at peace with his Lord and Savior and we look forward to seeing him again.

The family would like to thank the great staff at UT Medical Center for the kindness and care provided Mike in his last days.
