Nola Bell Foust, age 93, passed away at Island Home Park and Rehab in Knoxville on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Lon Messamore and Ida Strader Messamore. She was a member of Brickyard Baptist Church and a retired seamstress. In earlier years, she was the church secretary at Brickyard Baptist Church, a caterer, and loved music. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Al Foust, stepdaughter Anna Rigney, and siblings Edith, Ed, Dorothy, Mary, and Don.

She is survived by her son Jeff (Donell) Hensley, grandchildren Dalton Hensley, Eden Hensley, Josh Hensley, Jessica Hensley, 3 great grandchildren, 4 stepdaughters Teresa Cross, Jeanetta Hurst, Lois Wright, and Angie Muse, siblings Bob Messamore, Jack (Martha) Messamore, Bernice (Bob) Kerr, special friends Shirley King and Flora Mae Dills, and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Island Home Nursing Home for their love and care of Mrs. Foust.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 30, 2020, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM in the chapel of Woodhaven Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 12:00PM.
