Follis, Norman L., Sr. "Cracker", age 69 of Powell, passed away Friday, January 18, 2013, at NHC Fort Sanders. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force. Cracker loved fast cars, tinkering with motors, NASCAR, and could operate any piece of heavy equipment and loved his job working with that equipment. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Hattie Follis; first wife, Rebecca. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Sandra Follis of Powell; sons, Norman L Follis, Jr., of Powell, Jason Neal Follis and wife Charlene of Bristol; daughter, Robin Milkas of Canada; step-sons, Eric Weaver of Powell, Eddie Weaver and wife Kassandra of Clinton; grandchildren, Stephen, Amanda, Harley, Paige, Carter, Austin, and Courtney; 1 great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Sunday, January 20 at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be 11:00 am Monday, January 21, with Rev. Timothy Turley, officiating, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
