Stanfill, Ralph L., age 88, of Powell, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2010, at Parkwest Medical Center. He was born in Elk Valley, TN, on November 14, 1921 and was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. He retired after 45 years from Oak Ridge''s Y-12 Plant. Ralph is preceded in death by his first wife, Violet Stanfill; parents, Lewis & Ollie Blankenship Stanfill. He is survived by his wife, Doris Stanfill; daughter, Florine Anderson of Anniston, AL.; son, Roger Stanfill of Knoxville; grandson, Stan Anderson of New Orleans, LA.; granddaughter, Angela Anderson of Anniston, AL.; great-grandchildren, Emma, Parker, Kate and Quinn Anderson. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 17, from 6-7 pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 7:00 pm with Rev. David Hicks, officiating.
