Richard Forest Cagley, age 40, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN.  He was the son of Tony and Jeanine Swallow Cagley.  He was a comic book and Elvis enthusiast, loved super heroes, a collector of super hero memorabilia, and a loving father of 3.  He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his uncle George Cagley, and his aunt Kathleen Swallow Richmond.

He is survived by his children Tony Cagley and his fiancé Sarah, Elvis Cagley, and Lilyanne Cagley, his parents Tony and Jeanine Swallow Cagley, sister Amber Green, sister Vivianne Cagley, brother Mark Cagley, aunt Marie (Terry) McKinney, aunt Lillian Swallow, nephews Mathew Green, Wyatt Cagley, a cousin Michelle Peet, her husband Aaron, and their 3 children Ryan, Dakota, and Layne Peet,  and many friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
