In Loving Memory of Andrew Garner

Andrew Garner passed away surrounded by the love of those whose lives he touched. Though his time here was far too short, he leaves behind countless memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Above all else, Andrew loved being a father. His daughter, Addison, was the light of his life, and he treasured every moment he was able to spend with her. His love for her was unwavering and will remain a part of the legacy he leaves behind.

Andrew had a passion for music, especially heavy metal, and found joy in attending concerts and experiencing live performances. He was an avid sports fan who loved football and hockey and proudly cheered on the Tennessee Volunteers every chance he got. Whether surrounded by friends at a game or enjoying his favorite bands, he embraced the things that brought him happiness with enthusiasm.

Andrew was deeply loved by his family and by the many friends whose lives he touched. He will be remembered for the moments of laughter, the memories shared, and the love he gave to those closest to him. His absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Elizabeth Lovell; his great-grandfather, Wester Lovell; his grandmother, May Fisher; and his grandfather, Jack Jenkins.

He is survived by his parents, Susie and Mike Tullock; his wife and life partner of 18 years, Chelsie Ford-Garner; his beloved daughter, Addison Garner; his brother and sister-in-law, Matt Garrett and Jade Russell; his godmother, Tonya Hill; his in-laws, Joni and Gene Ford; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many cherished friends.

Andrew will be missed beyond words lol and remembered always by those who knew and loved him.
