Ronald Garry Dugger, 76, of Knoxville, TN passed away peacefully Saturday, January 16, 2021.  Mr. Dugger was born on April 02, 1944 to Henry & Janie Dugger in Culleoka, TN. Mr. Dugger served his country in the U.S. Navy.  He was a long time member of the Lions Club and the Church of Christ.  Mr. Dugger enjoyed fishing and playing cribbage.  For over 30 years Mr. Dugger was a manager and agent for American General Insurance.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 39 years, Nellie Ann Hickman Dugger; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Dugger, William Dugger, Henry Dugger, and his twin brother Donald Dugger; Sister, Carolyn Andrews; brother-in-laws, Leonard Hobby, Wayne Chapman, Charles Hickman, and Wayman Andrews; and Sister-in-law, Jackie Dugger;

He is survived by his daughters and son-in-laws, Janelle (Michael) Bouknight and Rhonda (Mike) Conner; grandson Andrew Conner; his Brother, Charles "Doug" (Sandra) Dugger; Sisters, Virginia (Doug) Tyree, Margaret Chapman, Laquita Hobby, Darlene (Joe) Alexander, Kathy (Michael) Richardson; sister-in-laws, Donna Dugger, Charlie Ann Dugger, Joyce Dugger, and Gale Hickman; plus several nieces & nephews along with other family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 11:00am-12:00pm, with a Funeral Service at 12:00pm, which Rev. Steve Hill will lead.  Both services will be held at Woodhaven Funeral Home, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849.  The family will then come together at Bells Campground Cemetery for the Interment at 1:00pm.
