Sandra Fay Jackson Brumley, 61, of Powell, passed suddenly on Sunday, August 28, 2016. Sandra enjoyed crafts when she had time. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Inez Jackson; and her niece Mitsie. Sandra is survived by her loving daughters, Casey (David) Collins and their children, Zach Dyer, Gregory Bivens and Kaitlin Collins, and her other daughter and Cristy (Greg) Dihu and their children Devin and Christian; her great granddaughter Chandler Dyer; her siblings Joyce (Bob) Davis, Bud Jackson, Brenda (Robert) Stewart, Kathie (Leroy) Lane, and Sherrie (John) Shubert; several nieces and nephews including, Robert, Christy, Kevin, Barry, Brian, Ben, Misty, Angela, Jennifer, and Chris; and many other family and friends.
