Shelia Marlene Davis passed away Oct. 14, 2023 at NHC Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She was born February 24, 1950 to Avis and Mavis Collins. She was a member of Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Powell. She loved the Lord and her church family.

Shelia graduated Oak Ridge High School and she loved cheering on the Oak Ridge Wildcats. She loved watching her sister and dad play gospel music and loved going to church and being with her church family.

She loved her family deeply and missed her husband, Kenny Davis sister, Jenny Phillips, mother and father, Avis and Mavis Collins who preceded her in death.Shelia is survived by her niece, Rebekah Parchmen, countless cousins and friends.
