Susanne Rene Russell, 68 , of Knoxville, tragically lost her life on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 because of a head-on collision.  She was a Philomath with a degree from the University of Tennessee and studied at North Carolina State and Yale.  An abibliophobia with an extensive book collection.  Suzanne was also a nature enthusiast who loved activities such as bird watching, star gazing, and animal activist. She is preceded in death by her father, David L. Russell, her mother, Merle O.Russell, and one brother.  Suzanne is survived by her only child, Jeremy Allen; and 14 nieces & nephews, Chris Conner, Jason Loftis, Stacy Farmer, Christian (Andrew) Davis, Josh Loftis, Crystal McKnight, April McKnight, Kerry Conner, Michael Reed, Katie Wheeler, Alex Russell, Savannah Russell, Baylor Russell, and David Russell; 4 sisters, 3 brothers; plus other family and friends.

A private commemorative to be held at a later date to be determined.
