Thomas James Albert age 87, of Oak Ridge passed away on September 26, 2023. He retired from K-25 in Oak Ridge as a supervisor of an electrical crew. He was also a musician, having played the dobro in two bluegrass bands and the museum of Appalachia. He was preceded in death by his parents; Thurman and Arminda Albert, son; Dwayne Albert, sister and brother in law; Lois (Leon) Hobson. He is survived by his wife Wilma, of 62 years and nephews; Darrell and Randy Hopson. Family will receive friends Monday October 2, 2023 at Woodhaven Funeral Home located at 160 Edgemoor Rd. from 1 to 3 PM with a graveside service at Woodhaven Memorial Garden to follow.
